Service design has a key role to play ensuring the changes are beneficial for all parties – from providers to end users. We have worked with everyone from large universities to schools and the organisations that provide regulation, tech and support to them. The unifying factor is understanding the needs of users and the providers’ ability to serve them in the best way possible. From designing resources for providers of pre-school care to ensuring the application process for higher education is intuitive and inclusive, our work ensures that change is always designed to maximise quality outcomes.
