As a service designer I aim to help others reach their goals and have great experience whilst getting there. I love solving the puzzle of aligning user needs, business capabilities and technological possibilities.

I graduated as an Industrial Design Engineer at the University of Twente. Having worked at Dutch postal service provider PostNL, a small product design studio, and as a freelancer, I know what it takes for companies of different sizes to conceptualize ideas and actually realize them.

My weapon of choice is visualization; to sort out the complex matter and reframe challenges. Expect a curious mind, an eye for detail, and a healthy dose of tenacity.
