Liveworker

Thaís Tozatto Maio

I am a good listener with great capacity for empathy. That leads me to design user-centred solutions that will fulfil real needs and solve real problems.

I have a Masters in Service Design Innovation from the University of the Arts London, and a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo during which I did a one-year exchange at the Polytechnic of Milan. I studied a wide range of topics – from transport planning to packaging design. Prior to Livework I worked in graphic and product design studios and at an innovation consultancy.

Every project brings an opportunity to dive into a different universe and learn about it. The knowledge accumulated in different areas is one of the things that shapes my work.

As a service designer I combine systematic thought with attention to detail to create truly relevant experiences for people. Service design helps to bring meaning and value to our everyday in an increasingly complex world. To be at Livework means to work on what I believe in with people who share my ideals.
