Rosa Storm

As a Service Designer at Livework, I help organisations become more human-centered. My expertise and education is in Employee Experience, having developed several frameworks to guide organisations in improving their Employee Experience. Everyday life is filled with opportunities where my research could play a significant role, which makes my job exciting.

I have always been the type of person who goes all-in. I participated in various activities and councils in high school and as a university student I organised events, led a large student association and worked many side jobs. Through these experiences I have learned what it takes to be a good listener, sensitive to the needs of different personalities.

Now my learnings, energy and enthusiasm transfer to my job at Livework. I dive into projects to completely understand a challenge, and I help to unite a team with one goal in mind: designing creative solutions together.
