As a business architect with many years' experience in organisational transformation, I assist Livework in implementing the bigger business design projects that impact the entire organisation.

Over the past 16 years I have been innovating and delivering large organisational transformations across a variety of industries. I have thrived on complexity and always brought a level of simplicity to the most complicated of challenges.

I bring a creative and logical approach to organisational challenges, which enables me to take traditional and innovative approaches and combine them into new ways of thinking and working.

It is this thinking which led me to the fields of customer experience and service design. As a business architect I always wondered why the world seemed to stop at capability. What about the customer and the business? Do we even have the right capabilities in the first place? I started to immerse myself in this field, slowly starting to combine business architecture with design, to deliver consistent customer and business driven organisational change.

I feel the combination of Livework’s expertise in service design and my background in business architecture is perfect to deliver and implement consistent Business Design solutions for any organisation.
