I studied Product Design at the Ecole Boulle in France, which led me to develop a strong visual sensibility and attention to detail. My focus moved progressively from products to systems and services whilst keeping a strong focus on users. This led me to join the first Service Design MA cohort at the Royal College of Art. There, I built a critical understanding of Service Design, its methodologies and processes beyond tools and beyond Post-it notes.
Before joining Livework, I worked client side as a lead service designer. There I developed sensitivity and tact when it comes to big organisational challenges. Whoever I’m working with, and whatever kind of work they do, my focus is always on the people at the heart of delivering the service and the end users.
Livework is at the intersection of Consultancy and Design. We make the most of both worlds in crafting sustainable solutions and supporting our clients in building the right capabilities to move these forward.
