
From a very young age I have always had an interest in business, people and creativity. Little did I know then that through service design I would be able to merge those three and turn business processes into desirable services made for and by people.
Having graduated as an Industrial Engineer and Product Designer, I’ve been always ready to mix and match a knowledge of process creation, optimisation and administration with the skills to look at problems creatively and through a human-centred lens. Throughout my professional life I’ve been responsible for research and development, process improvement and business administration roles as an engineer and for portfolio management, product development and creative leadership as a design manager.
Livework has set the bar for Service Design since its founding in 2001 so it seemed a logical step to be responsible for bringing their brand to Brazil. I can’t imagine anywhere else where I would have been able to create such an impact in global services. If in the new age we access our lives through services, then I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I say that Livework is a force acting right now to create a better world for humanity.
