I have a degree and an MBA in Marketing from USP/Esalq. Throughout my career, I have accumulated skills and competences in technology, communication, design, innovation, audiovisual, user experience and success. I've worked in several companies and large startups close to product development, services and businesses, contributing in a strategic and transversal way. All this repertoire allows me to have a systemic view as a service designer. I believe that when we look at challenges from the point of view of Design, it is possible to unfold them into opportunities.
