Building on 15+ years of experience, I specialise in service & organisational design, designing meaningful products, services, experiences & organisational structures to support these.
My focus is on supporting leaders to create change through organisational design by addressing the way their organisations work, act and change over time. I design infrastructures including touchpoints and user experiences that deliver for the organisation, its people & the wider context.
I have deep expertise in healthcare having focused much of my work on improving health outcomes and empowering people to leave happier and healthier lives. With this in mind, I am currently researching how prosocial design practices can facilitate the support of relational healthcare based on self-organisation.
