I am a service designer born in Germany with a particular expertise in designing services and systems that have a positive impact on people’s health while balancing business objectives. I have worked internationally for a broad range of clients across the private, public and social sector and have recently worked with Public Health England to design a digital mental wellbeing service for Londoners.
Prior to Livework I’ve worked as a user experience researcher and service design advocate in a traditional design company, supporting the implementation of service design methods and tools into internal and external working processes. As the service design lead I was coordinating the service design process, as well as conducting user research and facilitating workshops. I’ve also worked at the service design network headquarter in Cologne and it’s affiliated research centre. Together with sport scientists we helped vocational schools rethink how they can promote healthy behaviour of their students to offset the effects of mainly sedentary work .
At Livework I am thrilled to work with like-minded people who are also passionate about making a difference in how we live and work. I believe in the power of understanding the human and organisational context and aim for delivering great services that are relevant, understandable, and seamless to use.
