Liveworker

Flaminia Del Conte

I design solutions and strategies motivated by a strongly ethical vision of the role of design in society. I believe that tools such as service design and social innovation can improve people's lives and help us co-exist more successfully in this world.

While studying for my BA in Industrial Design in Italy and France, I specialised in visual communication, realising the relevance of using a visual language when dealing with complex concepts, situations and scenarios. I also have an Msc in Strategic Product Design from The Netherlands at TU Delft. There I refined my skills as qualitative design researcher and facilitator, coordinating different stakeholders in the collective resolution of complex problems.

Prior to joining Livework, I worked as a Design Strategist with a province in the Netherlands and a remote Dutch island community where I researched, co-created and pilot-tested a service design concept to improve skills exchange between generations.

I have worked in many locations – Italy, France, Netherlands, Greece, Finland and Colombia, and different sectors such as the automotive industry, retail, aviation and consumer goods. All of this diverse experience has enabled me to deal with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in the creation of strategic solutions that fit the rapidly evolving and dynamic modern world.
