As a service design consultant at Livework, and ex ’in-house designer’, I love to empathize with people and organizations.
Building on 7+ years of experience, I aim to design meaningful services and help clients build the capacity and structures to do the same.

I have a master’s degree in Strategic Product Design and before joining Livework, I led CX improvement and innovation projects at KPN. I am a true believer of design as a powerful tool to deliver desirable and viable solutions, and transform the way organizations innovate.

People appreciate my critical and curious nature. I am highly involved in everything I do and want to inspire people and clients to push the boundaries of design by solving problems collaboratively.
