As a UX/UI designer I understand that my work is directly linked to people and their interactions with services, products and interfaces that surround us. I believe we can do it by transforming internal discussions and external discoveries from design perspectives. My process includes stakeholders and users in a productive and collaborative way, optimizing results and enabling changes that generate value for people and organisations. Identifying, creating and evangelizing people from the inside and outside the team about design principles and systems, developing a clear value proposition and a narrative that makes sense at all points of contact with the user, this is my goal in the projects.
