I graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a double MA in Service Design and Management Engineering. The intersection within the practices equipped me with the tools, approach and mindset to navigate complexity and deal with intangibility.

The experience gained as practitioner and researcher made me a true believer of the value of service design within organizational contexts.
