Originally trained as an anthropologist, I also hold an MA in Service Experience Design and Innovation. I have managed digital transformation projects from Madrid to Istanbul, Moscow to Budapest, and launched and sold a gastronomy business in Helsinki.
At Livework I can build on my diverse experience with the toolkit of the service designer. This allows me to focus on what I like best: asking questions, observing emergent patterns, interpreting meaning, imagining potential and driving innovation that is humane and sustainable.
