Anne van Lieren

I am a lead service designer and a researcher with a strong interest in human behaviour and user research. I work on the crossroads of service design, human behaviour and business to create meaningful customer experiences that deliver value to both the customer and business.

My master in Strategic Product Design at the TU Delft enabled me to balance business strategies, market developments and human centred research so I can help organizations to conceptualize, develop and launch successful services.

As a Livework Insight designer I leverage insights from behavioural science and our expertise in service design to create remarkable service environments that make customers active, aware and able to make more optimal decisions. By fundamentally understanding behaviour and designing behavioural interventions I help service organisations to create a durable impact on behaviour change.
