What does it really mean to take a patient centric approach to healthcare? In practice.

Future healthcare services need to ensure that care meets the needs and priorities of the people that use them. This is hard to do in context but equally hard to make reality.

The NHS 2023/24 priorities and operational planning guidance, places emphasis on the need for Trusts to ‘Put digital tools in place so patients can be supported with high quality information that equips them to take greater control over their health and care.’

Our webinar on February 21st 2023 (12:00-13:00 GMT) brings together four experts sharing their perspectives working on this challenge.
