Diarmaid Crean is CDIO for Sussex Community Foundation Trust (SCFT) leading the trust’s delivery of its digital strategy and implementing the wide range of solutions that aim to deliver both on patient experience and organisational goals. 

Peter Brook Programme Director Transforming Integrated Care in the Community at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust has been leading a project in Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust to empower frontline teams to take greater ownership and control of their work. Involving significant shifts in management approaches and data provision this work is paying dividends for staff and patients. 

Liz Watson, a Livework Health Associate, is a highly experienced healthcare leader and systems thinker who has been developing the potential to connect patient experience insights to the systems, processes and outcomes to enable the system to recognise the value of design. 

Ben Reason from Livework will talk about how we can apply service design to support effective working practices across disciplines and organisations.
