Service Design in practice: frameworks, cases and a healthy dose of doing

Designing services for organizations and having these services being adopted and implemented by their stakeholders in many cases come close to doing top sport! In this workshop Fred Montijn, Head of Design at Livework, will share a rich case, illustrating the strategy and design proces of a large multinational adopting CX, with clear examples, anekdotes and learnings. Supported by frameworks and tooling attendees will run an extensive exercise on designing an actual service, followed by sufficient opportunity for plenary group reflection and discussion.
