Description

For the book club event in July, our guest Marzia Arico will join us online from Livework Studio, Rotterdam.  Join Marzia to hear perspectives on the organizational challenges faced in changing services and answers questions from the attendees. 

Bio

Marzia Arico is Lead Service Designer and Head of Insight at Livework Studio in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Marzia recently concluded her PhD on the adoption of service design by large organizations at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. She has ten plus years of consulting experience, dedicating her career to help large organizations understand, embed and use design to innovate and thrive.
