Every year people interested in service design, innovation, and in a design-led approach to problem solving, meet in 200 cities around the world for a weekend. In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have 48 hours to develop brand new services inspired by a shared theme.

As a participant in the Global service jam, you will work through a whole design process in one weekend. It does not matter if you are brand new to the service design practise or you are dealing with it every day. You will think and prototype new services in a team and develop new ideas that can become real!

Flaminia Del Conte has been a Jam organiser since two years and this year will be one of the speakers and a mentor at this event.
