The book “Service Design – From Insight to Implementation” by Livework Partners Ben Reason and Lavrans Løvlie and Professor Andy Polaine is now available in a Japanese translation.

The book has enjoyed a five-star rating on Amazon since launch in the US with publisher Rosenfeld Media in 2013.
